This Privacy Policy provides information on the manner in which Amatrium, Inc. (“Amatrium", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information obtained through visitors to the Website who have registered accounts to transact business with us ("Authorized Users") (collectively, "you", "your")use of www.Amatrium.com, the Services that it provides and any related sites (together, the “Website”) is processed and used on this Website. Amatrium uses your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Your use of the Website constitutes agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, you should not use this Website. This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected on sites linked to or from the Website.
Information Collected. Amatrium collects personal information from you when you provide personal data through our Website and through automated processes. Some of the information below may be collected by one or more service providers to Amatrium on its behalf. We reserve the right to use in any manner and also to disclose any non-personal information that we collect including, but not limited to, anonymous cookie and traffic data. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by us and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. If you wish to opt-out of such advertising, third-party available third-party tools to opt-out include the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
Third party service providers may assist us with the administration of the site or otherwise perform services on our behalf, including the uses of information identified above, and we may share your personal information with such service providers under appropriate terms of confidentiality.

Linked Web Sites. Our Website includes links to and/or links from other websites operated and maintained by separate companies. We have no responsibility for linked or linking websites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. Those websites may have different privacy policies. If you click through to another website, you should check the privacy policy of that website, which will usually (but not always) be posted on the website. Amatrium is not responsible for the privacy policies of other sites.
Children. This Website is directed to adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18. Do not use the Website if you are not at least 18 years old.
Changes to Information. We need your help in making sure your personal information is correct in our systems. Please notify us of changes to your name, address, title, phone number or email address. You may do this by logging into your account and making corrections or contacting us at the email below. You may also select the option not to receive future contacts from Amatrium (for example, mailings, calls, etc.) by emailing us at the address below. In the event you elect not to receive any future contacts from Amatrium, we will endeavor to remove your name from all of our contact lists. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information with respect to the disclosure of your personal information by us to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. Our processes for verifying requests include matching identifying information that we already have on record to provide services to the customers.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
